Where is my order made?
Your photo tiles are printed and assembled in Brisbane, Australia. They are made by a company with over 20 years of experience selling high quality products to professional photographers
What makes your tiles better than others?
All photo tiles consist of three components.
- The photo print – Most companies use an inkjet printer for printing the images. This is similar to a desktop printer you can buy at home.
We don’t. We use a $250,000 Chromira photo developer that is made in America. It is a true wet lab, and considered the gold standard of photo printing. We print on the best quality paper in the world, Kodak Endura Lustre.
This gives your prints incredible detail, amazing, vibrant colours that pop, and a lifespan without fading of over 100 years!! Why would you settle for anything less?
The foam mounting board – Once we print your image, it gets mounted to adhesive foam board. Most companies buy their foam board from China. This is low quality, with a low quality adhesive. We have chosen to use European foam board that has a permanent adhesive and a much longer lifespan. This means your photos will never peel or bubble, bringing you joy for years to come.
- The wall mounting system – Once you receive your print, you need to mount it to the wall. Our tiles are purposely designed to be very light-weight. This means they can be hung using removable 3M adhesive strips. Many companies skimp on these hangers. When removed, they also remove the paint from the wall, resulting in a costly repair. Because our passion is to make the best quality photo tiles in Australia, we use only genuine 3M removable hooks. These cost us more, but save you a great deal of cost and hassle in the long run. We even supply a hanging template so that you can easily align them on your wall.
Can I buy the tiles without prints?
At this stage, we only sell completed photo tiles. The reason is that we want our product to impress everyone who sees it.
If we sell blank tiles, and then you use a furniture store to print your images, the final result will look substandard.
We operate a $250,000 printer that is considered the gold standard for professional photo prints. It means that every photo tile we create for you looks amazing.
Our business is built on word of mouth and we know when your friends and family see them, they will want to order.
Having poor quality prints detracts from your enjoyment, and our business growth!!
What is your turnaround time?
We aim to ship all tiles within four to five working days of receiving your order. This allows us time to make sure that the prints are perfect, the assembly is perfect, and we can conduct a final quality inspection before they ship to you.
How can I be sure that my photos will look great?
We have over 20 years of experience supplying many of Australia’s top photographers with stunning photographic prints.
Unlike a lot of companies, we don’t just automatically print your images. Instead, we individually check every single photo and edit it to make sure it is vibrant, clear and looks amazing.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order from one photo tile to 1000 photo tiles.
What size tiles do you offer?
You can choose from four different sizes to create your stunning photo wall. The rectangular sizes can be supplied in portrait or landscape orientation, allowing you maximum flexibility.

How can I make sure my tiles are perfectly spaced when I hang them?
We supply a CNC cut hanging template with every order.
You can use this template to quickly and easily space your tiles so that they look amazing.
Are your tiles easy to hang?
Yes, the great thing about our tiles is that we use genuine 3M removable hook and loop hanging strips. This means that you can reposition and remove the tiles incredibly easily.
Can I swap the position of my photo tiles once hung?
Yes, we supply genuine 3M hangers that have a hook and loop style connector. You can simply swap your tiles around by unclicking from the hanger and clicking into a different position on another set of hangers.
